Compliance

Content policy.

These categories are legal, regulated, and full of operators who treat the rules as optional. This page is what we will and won't run, written down, so there's no argument about it later.

Age and audience

RedYield sells advertising services to businesses. Nothing on this site is directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly place advertising in front of minors.

Advertisers must confirm that every person appearing in a creative was at least 18 years old at the time it was produced, and must be able to produce age documentation on request. Where an advertiser's own service hosts age-restricted material, it remains the advertiser's responsibility to meet the age-assurance and record-keeping duties that apply in the markets they operate in.

What we refuse

Child sexual abuse material is absolutely prohibited. There is no review process and no appeal. Any account associated with it is terminated immediately and reported to the relevant authorities and hotlines, along with everything we hold about it.

We also refuse:

  • Any depiction of, or reference to, minors in a sexual context, including content styled to suggest a participant is under 18
  • Non-consensual content, including material published without the consent of everyone in it, and so-called revenge content
  • Content depicting bestiality, incest, rape, or serious violence
  • Anything advertising trafficking, coercion, or prostitution services where illegal
  • Malware, forced downloads, cryptominers, and creatives that fire a download or a redirect the visitor didn't ask for
  • Deceptive creatives — fake system warnings, fake messenger or notification chrome, fake close buttons, and fake player controls
  • Impersonation of a real person, brand, or platform without permission
  • Unlicensed pharmaceutical, financial, or gambling offers in regulated markets
  • Landing pages that trap the back button or disable navigation

Creative review

Every creative is reviewed by a person before it goes live. We check the creative, the landing page, and the redirect chain behind it — a clean banner pointing at a dirty landing page fails review the same as a dirty banner.

We may reject a creative without giving a competitive reason, and we may pull a live campaign if the landing page changes after approval. If something is rejected you'll be told what failed and what would pass.

Traffic quality

Advertisers get placement-level reporting at zone granularity, not a rolled-up total. If a placement looks wrong, you can see it and we can cut it.

We monitor for bot traffic, click fraud, and misrepresented placements, and we stop buying from sources that don't hold up. Where invalid traffic is identified on a campaign we've run, it's credited.

Copyright and DMCA

We respect copyright and we act on valid notices. If a creative we're running infringes your rights, send a notice to [email protected] including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed
  • The creative or URL you're complaining about, specific enough for us to find it
  • Your contact details
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them

Valid notices are actioned promptly and the advertiser is notified. Repeat infringers lose their account.

Data

We collect what we need to run and report on campaigns, and no more. We don't sell advertiser data and we don't move it between clients. How we handle the information you send through this site is set out in the privacy notice.

Reporting a problem

If you've seen an ad we placed that breaches this policy — or anything illegal — write to [email protected] with a screenshot, the URL where you saw it, and the approximate time. Reports about child sexual abuse material are escalated immediately; you do not need to include the material itself, and you should not.
